3. Are there any membership fees associated with the DesktopDollars.com program or the ProfitZONE?
Signing up is absolutely free. We do not charge any account maintenance or payment processing fees.
4. How much money can I make every month?
That is entirely up to you and is dependent only on the number of ads you view on the ProfitZONE, the amount of people that you refer, and the number of ads that your referrals view on the ProfitZONE.
5. Is there a limit on the number of ads that you will pay me for each month?
No, we do not limit you in any way. We will pay you for all of the ads that you view on the ProfitZONE.
6. How can you afford to pay me just for being connected to the Internet?
DesktopDollars.com sells some of the space on the ProfitZONE to advertisers. This money is then used to pay you. We are able to do this because we spend very little on advertising ourselves. Instead, we rely on YOU, our members, to tell the world about our program.

8. Can more than one person from the same household sign up?
Yes, each person just needs a unique email address, user name, and password.
9. How do the weekly bonuses work?
The weekly bonuses reward the top ProfitZONE users each week with an extra $250.
10. Will I get junk mail?
NO. DesktopDollars.com does not give, sell, or rent your name, address, e-mail address, or any other information you enter on the registration page to anyone. DesktopDollars.com prides itself on serving the needs of our members. We are absolutely committed to your privacy. DesktopDollars.com does not share your information with others under any circumstances. If you check the appropriate box on the registration page, you will receive email offers available to DD Members only. If you don't want the special offers, then don't check the box. If you change your mind later, you can change the status of this box by logging in to your account and updating your account information.
11. What is your privacy policy?
Basically, the privacy policy states that we will never reveal any personally identifying information to any third parties. Please click here to read it in its entirety.
12. What is your spam policy?
Spam is absolutely forbidden. If you are found violating this rule, your membership privileges will be revoked and you will forfeit your referral network.
13. Is DesktopDollars available to International users?
DesktopDollars is open to every country that is found in the drop down menu on the registration page. The only countries excluded are those sanctioned by the United Nations. However, the minimum amount to receive payment is US$40 for international members.
14. Is DesktopDollars available to WebTV, Mac, or Unix/Linux users?
The ProfitZONE is not compatible with WebTV, Mac, or Linux/Unix at this time. However, you can still join desktopdollars.com and earn money from your referrals ads.
15. Can I cancel my account?
We don't know why you would want to, but you can cancel your account by logging into your account page. It's at the very bottom of the page. Please know that canceling your account is final, and by doing so you will forfeit your referral network, and any outstanding account balance that you have.
16. How old do I have to be to join DesktopDollars.com?
You have to be at least 13 years of age to join DesktopDollars.com. Also, if you are under the age of 18, you must submit a Parental Consent form before you can receive payment.
17. Do I have to have my parents sign something if I am under 18?
Yes. If you are under 18, your parents need to sign the parental consent form provided in your account page before you can receive any payment from us.
18. Can I fax, email or scan the Parental Consent Form?
No you cannot. You must print it off the web site and send it to via regular mail to the address provided.
19. If I am almost 18, can I allow my earnings to accumulate in my account until I turn 18?
Yes, absolutely.

22. How do I change my account information?

24. When will you announce the winner of the DreamMail contest?
The winner of the first DreamMail contest will be announced sometime in the middle of April and will be notified by email and posted on the site.
25. How do I sign up for DreamMail?

Payment Questions
1. When do I get paid?
We send out payments 1 month and 20 days after the close of the month. So, for example, February’s payments will be mailed out on April 20, and March’s payments will be mailed out on May 20, and so on.
2. What are my options for getting paid?
You can get paid either by check or by the DesktopDollars debit card. You can select your preferred method of payment from your account page. Just look for the payment method icon and then click on the appropriate link.
3. What is your minimum payment amount?
The minimum payment amount for US members is $20. The minimum payment amount for International members is $40.
4. Where do I select my payment method?
You can select your payment method from your account pages on the site. On the main account page, there is a section labeled “Payment Info”. Under section is a link that will take you to the page where you can select your payment method.
5. What is the DesktopDollars Debit Card?
The DesktopDollars Debit Card is a debit card that we can load with your earnings every month so that you can withdraw your money from an ATM machine near you.
6. Where do I set my minimum payment amount?
If you want to hold your earnings in your account until you have accumulated a greater amount than the minimum amount, you can choose that option on the account page on the web site. Just click on the appropriate link under the “Payment Info” section.
7. Where can I find the parental consent form?
The parental consent form is provided in the “Payment Info” section of your account on the web site.
8. How do I know that you have received my parental consent form?
We will email you when we have received and processed your parental consent form. In addition, you will be able to select your payment options on the site.
9. Where can I see my account balance?
Around the 20th of each month, we receive our final audited numbers from our advertisers for the previous month. We then use that audited revenue number to calculate earnings based on the number of ads that each member viewed. Then we post the earnings for the previous month at www.desktopdollars.com/account.asp at the section labeled "Account Balance".
10. Do you charge me any fees for sending me my payment?
Absolutely not.
11. Do I have to report my earnings on my tax return?
If you are a United States resident and your earn at least $250 in one year, we will need to request your social security number and issue you a 1099. All members are required to report their earnings as income based on his/her countries tax laws.
12. What is the largest amount someone has earned from using the ProfitZONE?

No, you can make money just by using the ProfitZONE yourself. However, you can increase the amount of money that you earn by referring your friends.

There are 3 ways to refer others to DesktopDollars.com. All 3 ways can be accessed easily by clicking Spread the Word. The 3 ways are:

This usually means that your referrals are not using the ProfitZONE.
