Referral Fees and Payment

Once you become a One and Only Associate, you are given a unique Associate Code and a unique URL for your Associate Site. Each time someone follows a link from your site to your Associate Site, we count it as a hit. Visitors are tracked according to their use of the Site's various services, such as the Agent of Love, Ad Placement, and AYCE activities. This allows accurate monitoring of a Site's activities in order to improve service to you and to your visitors.

You earn a percentage, called a referral fee, from everyone that becomes a paying member of the All You Can E-mail (AYCE) Club through your Associate Site. You also earn referral fees from renewals of those memberships.

A referral fee is a percentage of fees collected from new AYCE club memberships and renewal AYCE club memberships. A referral fee is calculated at 15% of the gross revenue. Gross revenue does not include sales tax charges.

By promoting your new Associate Site, either on your Web Site or through advertising, you increase the number of visitors and amount of traffic. More traffic means more AYCE club memberships. More memberships means more referral fees and more revenue for you. It also adds greater perceived value for your Web Site because you offer your visitors more options and content.

You will be paid 15% of gross revenue from new and renewal AYCE memberships. Web Media Ventures, LLC will send you a referral fee check approximately 20 days after the end of each calendar month.
